I didn’t want to be stuck without heat. My associate and I talked about getting a new boiler. I didn’t want to go with central heating & air conditioner, because of the cost of HVAC duct. She said we could wait a couple of months & then get a price for a new ductless Heating & Air Conditioning. This wasn’t a new suggestion, however one we had discussed quite often over the last three years. Now, it was just an inevitable cost we needed to discuss.

I know how high-priced air conditioner units are, & I can’t afford to buy another one soon. I just obtained this one last year.

Up until now, they have never cleaned the air duct in our office before! I don’t know why they let it go for so long, however I feel they just don’t care all that much about the indoor air quality in the building.

• I mean, I know that if I were in charge of over 200 people because they labor in a building that I own, I would try plus take some responsibility for their health plus well being! Apparently, not almost everyone out there in the world takes personal responsibility as seriously as I do, though, and the owners of our building never do anything to make sure that the indoor air quality in the building is up to speed.

I just don’t know that they actually care about us much at all, plus that makes me sad. I feel like they should at least look at us as other human beings, my friend and I should all be able to breathe high quality indoor air while in the day whenever my pal and I are at all. I personally feel like they should professionally wash the ventilation system at least once a year to keep everything nice plus wash plus allergen free, and of course, no one actually cares what I know because I am just a lowly underling there in the office where I work. I know that when they cleaned the air duct, it was the first time that they had ever done anything like that for the people in the building. I’m still not actually sure why they did it, either. Maybe someone threatened them or something!

That is something that I have been trying to figure out for a long time and I have finally come to the point that I know that quality is worth the money.

I regularly want to save money and do things the right way, however sometimes that seems to be mutually exclusive for some reason! Not almost everyone who says they do high quality work is honestly all that great. That is something that I have had to learn the strenuous way over the years and boiler repair is what taught me! Not that many of years ago, our oil boiler tore up right in the middle of the winter season and my associate and I had to call around to strange Heating and A/C companies to see who my associate and I could afford to come and do the boiler repairs for us. It was quite an ordeal for us because it was the middle of the winter season and the temperature outside was cold. It was the worst time of the year for our boiler to stop laboring, that is for sure, anyway, almost everyone was pretty lavish when it came to repair costs, and my associate and I ended up hiring the one that was the least lavish. However, they did not do a honestly great job on our boiler repair, and my associate and I ended up having to call for another repair later on. I know that if my associate and I had gone with a higher quality Heating and A/C supplier, my associate and I would have been able to make it through the rest of the winter season separate from further repairs. Now that I’ve been through that, I know that you get what you spend money for.

I was hoping my pal and I wouldn’t get much heat before the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist arrived. When he finally arrived, he told me he had to be paid up front, then at first, I was going to get the checkbook & spend money him, however this didn’t make sense. I had never been asked for money up front, my next thought was to put the brakes on & think. I remembered my pal and I had a service & service agreement, & it still had another year on it. I told him about the service & service agreement. My friend and I were to have free service & service for two years, & I still had another year on the agreement; He said that didn’t spend money the service fee. I wasn’t sure he understood it was a ‘service’ & service agreement, & it was paid for when my pal and I purchased the modern air conditioner unit. He told me if I had a concern with paying, I could call the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor & he would leave. I picked up my cellphone & called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C business, & he left. I’m wondering if he had a task when he got back to the office! The person I was talking to was not easily glad when I told her about the service agreement & how he was demanding payment upfront.
