We will move back in a year or two and work for this local HVAC business back house for some years doing HVAC duct cleaning and repairs, while we play music at night in clubs and bars and spend time with our family and friends

We will pound out some articles and then get out of the house. We have a system down with our work and it seems to work for us. We write for about an hour or so in the morning when we wake up and then we go for an hour bike ride and swim to wake up even more. When we come home we then have just 50 minutes of labor and the rest of our day is free for us to do as we please. We still have some chores to do like clean the HEPA filter in our Heating, Ventilation and A/C system and do some yoga routine, however that’s easy stuff and we don’t mind doing it. We spend some time with our spouses playing with the cats in the living room and then we head out for a ride around the neighborhood to look at people and local businesses. We have a straight-forward life and the only thing missing from it is more time with our family and friends back home in the States. We are playing in a band now overseas and can’t leave because we have an amazing chemistry and are making some headway in the music industry over here. Our new friends here are going to have us do a gig soon for their HVAC business.

My cousin’s down to just about 30 minutes of work left online, but he is going to split out of here in about 10 more minutes to take a bike ride.

He likes to get most of his work done before the ride though because when he gets to the beach his buddies will be there and beckoning him to come play with them.

My cousin will go for a joyful ride and sit on a bench to eat his supper while he watches them play in the sand. Then he’ll go for a short swim and come home to a/c while he finishes his labor online. If my cousin can hold out for 10 more minutes and keep writing, then he will only have about 20 minutes of work left to do after his swim and he can get back down to the beach soon after. It is heating up out there and he will need a big hat and sunscreen if he goes out early and leaves the shelter of his climate controlled loft. This week is supposed to be about 69F out, which is wonderful for playing beach volleyball. But my cousin must see how his back feels because it’s quite tight right now. He’ll turn on his heating system and do a nice long yoga session before he goes to the beach to loosen his back up a bit. My cousin also has some Biofreeze gel he can put on to relieve the pain, which seems to work so well for sore backs. He also likes cooling it down with some ice and then heating it up with a sizzling water bottle.

He is not sure, however being at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company is still fun, but Levi has to work with a bunch of grown up heating techs.

Levi has made a new pal (friend zone) recently, and he has been hanging out quite a bit. She is 29 years old, however much more mature than he is at 53 years old. Levi feels like his mind is stuck at 29 years old too, however somehow she is still much more mature than he is. Levi is not a goofy joking bozo, however his mind is a lot younger than his years for some reason. He tries to keep life light and heating up, and maybe staying at 29 years old in his mind is great for his body and spirit too. Some of his Heating, Ventilation & A/C expert friends who are his age, and have wives and kids, seem to act a lot older than he is. Levi knows it is because they have a lot more responsibilities and have to be grown up most of their afternoons because of work and kids. He is not sure, however being at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company is still fun, but Levi has to work with a bunch of grown up heating techs. He has so much fun at work and he tries to keep it light and fun as much as he can, while still getting all of his work done during the day. Levi does a lot of heating unit repairs and sometimes they send him out in the field to wash HVAC ducts for clients in their homes. He will keep working for this company for several more years and then he will go into semi retirement and work less.

Jason just got back to his condo from the gym, which is an outside gym called the beach.

His neighbor was out there and told him he wants to film his skyball serve, which is a serve that is served vertically into the air to a height of about 7 stories high.

It then comes down into the volleyball court at a high speed. They have an Instagram page for volleyball and they want to put his serve video on the site, which is awesome because it is one of Jason’s favorite things he likes to do in the games. The local company has numerous people who watch their games and they get some great action while in the games while the temps are heating up on the beach. This Summer is going to be packed and they will have lots of fun playing songs on the beaches in the night after the games are done. Today, Jason is going to go out there to play in about an hour and a half once he gets his Heating, Ventilation & A/C system writing tasks done for the local corporation in town. They use his stories to get a better web presence and more clients. Jaosn will be at the beach this week by 2 pm and will stay out there till the sun goes down around 8 pm. He’ll go home to his a/c system and take a nice sizzling shower now that he finally got his sizzling water heating working. He didn’t have a sizzling shower for about several weeks and now he is back to normal.

Are you content with the life you are living, or do you feel like something is missing and you could be happier? Angel seems to feel the latter more often, as she is one of those dreamer types of people who is always looking for something better.

She wishes she could just be blissful with what she has and who she is, however it seems Angel has been programmed to consistently keep climbing the mountain in search of better views.

Maybe this is an innate thing in humans and they are never pleased with life. The HEPA filter expert told her that this is part of life, as she was working on an a/c set up in someone’s home. Angel knows right now the only thing missing in her life would be the love of a charming man like she used to have, however lost. She saw him walk by the other day while laying at a local business, and she messaged him but he never replied, which tells her that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C rep hunk is with someone else or isn’t interested in her anymore. Angel’s worst nightmare was to lose him and when it happened she spent many sleepless days with tears rolling down her cheeks. She knew the HEPA filter expert was right when she said that life has many losses and we need to accept them all, as she was checking the indoor air quality one day while they were working. Angel is still reeling over the loss of Jake, however one day she’ll accept it.

Luna will pound out ten more articles and then go out for some fresh air. She has a system down with her tasks and it seems to work for her. Luna writes for about 45 minutes or so in the morning when she wakes up and then she goes for a 40 minute bike ride and swims to wake up even more. When Luna comes home she then has just one more hour of work and the rest of her day is free for her to do as she pleases. Luna still has some chores to do like wash the HEPA filter in her Heating, Ventilation & A/C system and do her yoga routine, however that is simple stuff and she doesn’t mind doing it. She will really transport back in three years and work for this local corporation back home for a few years doing HVAC duct cleaning and repairs, while she plays songs at night in clubs and bars and spends time with her family and friends. It’s a wonder that I’ve gotten this far in life without a handbook.

But then again, I’ve never been all that good when it comes to following directions anyway.

But when it came to my health, I was particularly obstinate. That’s because I didn’t want to change my habits. I still wanted to sit all day inside the zone controlled HVAC of the office. And then I wanted to come home and sit some more inside the central air conditioning of my living room. Oh and I also wanted to reward myself for going to work with all my favorite food and drink at night. You can imagine what sort of shape I was in after nearly 20 years of this cycle. But then, I found that I didn’t want to do anything outside of the air conditioning of my home for reasons I didn’t like to admit. I hated the way I looked and I hated the fact that I was so out of shape that I was breathing hard doing practically anything. Something had to give and it was my doctor who really helped me out. I wasn’t going to do it on my own so I got a trainer who is also a nutritionist and just a great person. She has helped me enjoy getting out of the air conditioning and getting fit. It took a couple of years but I did it. And now, I like to do anything that helps my body. That’s why I changed to the sort of air filters I use for the HVAC equipment. I now use a HEPA filter in my house. This has vastly improved my indoor air quality by trapping and removing allergens and pollutants. And that has only improved my respiratory health as well as my immune response.

I’ve been a bachelor for a long time.

But I’m not one anymore.

At the ripe old age of 52, I’m getting married for the first time. I wasn’t so sure that I’d ever find a partner who could mesh with my life. Living out in the woods without central air conditioning and a fancy house wasn’t exactly appealing for most of the women I dated. So I figured that would be just the way it went. I’d date for a while or maybe not. But having a partner and a wife seemed like a long shot. But there comes with this change some compromise on my part. I don’t work inside a building with commercial HVAC and I make my living working from home. Like I said I live very simply on a big piece of property. My cabin has a big stove for heating in the Winter but other than that, there aren’t many amenities. My new wife was fine and even loved where I lived. But I needed to upgrade my home a bit for her comfort. That means that I had to make room in my life for residential HVAC. I think I went without heating and cooling more from a philosophical standpoint than a comfort standpoint. Yet, love has the ability to change anyone and so I called the HVAC professionals. They have installed a pair of ductless heat pumps in my house. And this will be the first Summer that I enjoy any sort of air conditioning. We are to be wed in a few weeks and it’s really nice now to be sharing my life and my home with the person I love. And I’m honestly sort of excited about the air conditioning as well.

It’s been a while since I last experienced air conditioning here in the Summer.

• Well actually, it’s been a long while since I lived here at all.

I’ve been living abroad since just after finishing my Master’s degree. I joined a government department that kept me working outside of the States for the last 30 years. Now that I’m winding my career down, I’m back in my home region and working from the zone controlled HVAC of an office. This is a far cry from what I have experienced over all of these years. Mostly, I’ve been in very warm locations trying to help build stable economies and modernize developing countries. So the idea of walking into residential HVAC during that time was not on the radar. I never lived anywhere that had central air conditioning. I mean, there wasn’t even a window air conditioner or anything like that. I come from the south of this country and thought I knew a thing or two about heat and humidity. Well, I had no idea as there are far warmer places out there. That’s why I’m finding it so tough to get accustomed to all the air conditioning. I moved back this Winter and that was shock enough even though our region needs little in the way of heating. But now, the air conditioning seems to be on all the time and it’s only mid April. I still have all the windows open in the place I’m living. I’m hoping the heat pump is in good shape in this apartment. I have no idea since it hasn’t been on a single time yet. I’m wondering if being inside the commercial HVAC of the office will finally get me to turn on the air conditioning at home.
