Been back to work for a few afternoons now plus my boss Pedro brought myself and others into his office, but there must be something wrong in his office because it is so hot in there! I felt love there were pebbles of water starting to formulate within minutes of being in there.

This is actually why he is not here often.

First words from his mouth were don’t worry I have a Heating plus Air Conditioning professional coming out tomorrow to see why my office is severely hot. He then proceeded to tell myself and others that he knows that it’s been rough for myself and others the last bit plus he was going to do this sooner but he said “how’d you think about running this stadium?” He said you are basically here doing everything all the time plus are wonderful at it. This is the best news I have ever had. I said “sure” because I love this stadium plus you have been wonderful to me. Both of us both smiled plus I left his boiling office. Within minutes my cellphone rang plus it was my uncle Tyler. He was brief but basically asked if I wanted to transfer to the west coast permanently plus that my mother plus 2 cats could come as well. He told myself and others that I don’t have to worry about expenses for a bit plus my mother plus every one of us can stay in the guest house. I remember the guest house, it was beautiful, the smart temperature control was amazing. This can go a long way of getting my life back together. Pedro has been so wonderful to myself and others plus I don’t guess if I can just leave his store but moving in with my uncle plus aunt to get everything right is life increasing. Also what would my mother want? Time to think!

I feel better about running the heating now as my power bill is much lower than the last 1.

I am running the heating a bit more than I was before getting my most recent bill.

I thought it was going to be much higher, but blatantly the power companies lowered the electric rates because a lot of people couldn’t afford to spend money their bills; Now the two of us can run the central Heating and A/C system without worrying about high power bills coming down the road. I have a flatmate now and I also feel better about my bills as she is now paying half of what I was trying to spend money myself each month, however she is a chef at this local corporation down the road and said she plans on staying with myself and others for a long time, which is great because she is scrub and quiet and is gone a lot working at her job. I am going to scrub the furnace filter this week and maybe try and scrub the HVAC duct a bit later this week. Both of us are going to make a nice dinner tonight and hang out in the kitchen, which happens to be the warmest room in the flat because of all of the vents in the room. My family room and her family room are the coldest rooms, but the two of us both adore to sleep in colder rooms so it works out perfectly. Both of us closed the vents in each room so they stay cool and so that the central heating component warms up the kitchen and living room faster. It is all charming!

I just got back from the mountain trip last evening and am now settled back in my flat for the next multiple nights till I leave again on another trip back apartment to the States. I have just enough time to relax for a bit and then I am going to be packing again for the large trip over the Atlantic Ocean for a few weeks. I am going straight to my mom’s condo when I land and will stay there for a few nights before going to my aunt’s condo for the remainder of the time, then her Heating and A/C system is broken right now so I am going to have to try and help her fix the furnace so the two of us have some heat in the home. I know it broke down a year ago and she hasn’t had the currency to get it repaired. I am a certified Heating and A/C professional and I told her I would help her fix it once I arrived if she hadn’t already got it fixed. I know I know what the concern is despite the fact that I will have to take the thing apart to see if that is the issue. I think it is her electric heat pump that is broken and I plan on replacing it with a geothermal heat pump so that her heating bills will be lower each winter. I just got my electric bill and it was $165 for multiple months, which is much less than the monster bill I got multiple months before for $610. I think they realize people won’t be able to afford heating with the outdated rates.

I’m not putting up a fence & the hedge is growing all the time

I’m not great at dealing with genuinely unreasonable people, however so when it comes to the HOA in our planned community, it has been a real headache. The unreasonable section of this is the fact that this is all over just a minor Heating & A/C issue. I do not have an old vehicle up on blocks in our yard or have a profane flag flying from our house. No, it’s just the easy fact that the Heating & A/C unit can now be seen from the street. Of course, this is just temporary & will be remedied soon. On top of that, you have to be at a just almost perfect angle even to see any of the heating & cooling equipment. But this all started about a month ago when the hedge we have screening the Heating & A/C unit got some sort of blight & died! We’re fortunate to live in the south where things grow pretty much year round. But still, it’s going to take a little bit for this hedge to get to the height where it completely screens the Heating & A/C equipment. And this is the rub with the HOA. The HOA was immediately sending me nasty grams & threatening to fantastic me yearly if I didn’t put up a fence. I tried our best to reason with these people & explained about the privacy hedge. But this didn’t seem to even register with them. I’m not putting up a fence & the hedge is growing all the time. So if they start fining me, I’ll just have to push back with a lawyer or something. That seems just so absurd to me over something as insignificant as seeing Heating & A/C unit from the road.

When summer time began, my friend suggested I visit her to help her house-sit.

They had just bought a property with her partner, plus since her partner would be away for work for the entire summer, I was keeping her dealer.

I thought summer time in my hometown was sizzling until I moved to the next city… When all of us landed, the temperature was so high, plus it felt prefer I had just entered an oven, then on my way home, I observed many billboards advertising cooling equipment. Companies back at cabin also have sales, however before summer time plus winter, and fortunately, my cab had excellent air conditioning that cooled us off, my friend had been eagerly waiting for me to arrive since she had been in her current sizable cabin all by herself for many weeks already. I was welcomed by quality indoor comfort. She had a mini chop a/c which had gone through quality air conditioning maintenance just a couple of afternoons before my arrival. She told me the secret to a quality a/c is to have a cooling specialist who knows more about air conditioning plus officially runs maintenance on the cooling device, and every one of us had cocktails on the balcony as all of us gossiped about everything. My friend’s partner was a well-renowned plus experienced cooling representative who went around sizable companies, training the cooling techs to repair plus maintain a/cs. I have been having a enjoyable and, ironically, cool summer.

For the most part, I am a sound sleeper; If there is a lot of noise, I easily won’t wake up… However, there are a couple of things that almost constantly wake myself and others up, however one is when all of the lights are out.

I enjoy to have at least 1 light on when I am asleep, and if someone in my household turns off that light, I almost constantly wake up soon after.

I don’t like being in pitch blackness, and somehow I must guess that even in my sleep; The hour thing is the air conditioning system. Whenever the A/C component stops, I wake up soon after as well. I suppose it is because I am used to hearing the official hum that the heating and A/C device makes and it helps myself and others go to sleep, so when that sound suddenly stops, and all I can hear is the eerie quiet, it causes myself and others to wake up. I just had that recently. I had been kneeling in bed for a while, not trying to go to sleep just yet. I read on my cellphone, inspected my social media and texts, and planned some things for tomorrow, after all of that, I was beginning to feel tired, and so I rolled over to go to sleep. I was just beginning to doze off when something didn’t seem right. I came out of my drowsy state, and realized that my entire room was silent. I looked up and watched my ceiling fan slow down and stop. I tried to turn the lights on, to no avail. The power went out, and the sound of the air conditioning component turning off woke myself and others up.

When considering getting a new item for my house, I regularly have to know if my super destructive kitten would be able to destroy it before I dare bring the item home.

My new kitten has a ton, plus I do mean a ton of energy.

I’m not sincerely sure where she gets all that energy, but it seems like she sleeps 30 minutes plus then the rest of the morning she is up plus playing like crazy. I wish I had even a fifth of her energy! Anyways, because of this, she has broken numerous candles, picture frames plus other innocent items in my home. I have had to thoroughly dog proof my home, but even with that she sometimes finds something new to go after. So when I was considering getting a portable Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit, I stopped plus wondered if she would be able to cut it. Nah, no way. components are generally built genuinely well, plus are hardy, so she shouldn’t be able to cut it. Or so I thought. When I arrived home with the new portable device, I put it high up on a shelf, so she couldn’t reach it. However, I misjudged her athletic abilities, as when I was on the computer I heard a loud crash. When I went to investigate, I found her on top of the shelf, plus the portable cooling component on the floor, with a few pieces scattered here plus there. She managed to mess up my portable unit, so much for it being hardy. I know I will have to choice up another at the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C store tomorrow.
