Air conditioning component at last came to a stop
For the most part, I am a sound sleeper; If there is a lot of noise, I easily won’t wake up… However, there are a couple of things that almost constantly wake myself and others up, however one is when all of the lights are out.
I enjoy to have at least 1 light on when I am asleep, and if someone in my household turns off that light, I almost constantly wake up soon after.
I don’t like being in pitch blackness, and somehow I must guess that even in my sleep; The hour thing is the air conditioning system. Whenever the A/C component stops, I wake up soon after as well. I suppose it is because I am used to hearing the official hum that the heating and A/C device makes and it helps myself and others go to sleep, so when that sound suddenly stops, and all I can hear is the eerie quiet, it causes myself and others to wake up. I just had that recently. I had been kneeling in bed for a while, not trying to go to sleep just yet. I read on my cellphone, inspected my social media and texts, and planned some things for tomorrow, after all of that, I was beginning to feel tired, and so I rolled over to go to sleep. I was just beginning to doze off when something didn’t seem right. I came out of my drowsy state, and realized that my entire room was silent. I looked up and watched my ceiling fan slow down and stop. I tried to turn the lights on, to no avail. The power went out, and the sound of the air conditioning component turning off woke myself and others up.
