I am apartment now after taking a actually chilly dip in the sea.

Been back to labor for a few afternoons now plus my boss Pedro brought myself and others into his office, but there must be something wrong in his office because it is so warm in there! I felt like there were pebbles of water starting to formulate within hours of being in there.

Pedro has been so enjoyable to myself and others plus I don’t recognize if I can just leave his store however moving in with my uncle plus aunt to get everything right is life changing. Also what would my mother want? Time to think!

I just got back from the mountain trip last night and am now settled back in our flat for the next several days till I leave again on another trip back house to the States.

• I have just enough time to relax for a bit and then both of us am going to be packing again for the sizable trip over the Atlantic Ocean for a few weeks.

I am going straight to our mom’s house when I land and will stay there for a few days before going to our aunt’s house for the remainder of the time, his Heating and A/C plan is broken right now so I am going to have to try and help his fix the gas furnace so both of us have some heat in the home. I suppose it broke down a year ago and he hasn’t had the currency to get it repaired. I am a certified Heating and A/C professional and I told his I would help his fix it once I arrived if he hadn’t already got it fixed. I suppose I guess what the problem is even though I will have to take the thing apart to see if that is the issue. I suppose it is his electric heat pump that is broken and I plan on replacing it with a geothermal heat pump so that his heating bills will be lower each winter. I just got our electric bill and it was $165 for 2 weeks, which is much less than the monster bill I got 2 weeks before for $610. I suppose they realize people won’t be able to afford heating with the outdated rates.

I’m not great at dealing with undoubtedly insufficient people! So when it comes to the HOA in our planned community, it has been a real headache.

The insufficient section of this is the fact that this is all over just a minor HVAC issue.

I do not have an seasoned vehicle up on blocks in our yard or have a profane flag flying from our house. No, it’s just the simple fact that the HVAC unit can now be seen from the street. Of course, this is just temporary plus will be remedied soon. On top of that, you have to be at a just almost perfect angle even to see any of the heating plus cooling equipment. But this all started about a month ago when the hedge the people I was with and I have screening the HVAC unit got some sort of blight plus died; We’re lucky to live in the south where things grow pretty much year round. But still, it’s going to take a little bit for this hedge to get to the height where it completely screens the HVAC equipment. And this is the rub with the HOA. The HOA was instantly sending me nasty grams plus threatening to great me yearly if I didn’t put up a fence. I tried our best to reason with these people plus explained about the privacy hedge. But this didn’t seem to even register with them. I’m not putting up a fence plus the hedge is growing all the time. So if they start fining me, I’ll just have to push back with a lawyer or something. That seems just so insane to me over something as insignificant as seeing HVAC unit from the road.

I have never liked complete silence.

I am not sure how some people are comfortable with pure silence; Some people even feel comfortable and concentrate better with complete silence. I don’t understand that at all, I enjoy to have at least some noise in the background, then usually the sound of a low hum of a fan is great enough for me. I used to have a important box fan that did the trick, although, as much as I loved that box fan, I would say it was a little too noisy. The air it blew was good though. However, I ended up finding the perfect middle ground in my new home… My new apartment came with a great high quality cooling system, and it made a nice low hum when it was running; Not loud enjoy my box fan was, however not super quiet either. When I am trying to concentrate, or if I am trying to go to sleep, I will often turn on the Heating and A/C unit. I was trying to write a few articles when I noticed something was off, but breaking out of my concentration, I realized my A/C component had gone silent. This was odd, as I had identifiably turned it on before focusing on the task ahead. I went over to my smart control component and the A/C device was off. I turned it back on, and sure enough it started pouring cool air out of the A/C vents. That was really strange, it has never turned itself off before.
