Heating Feels so Good on Cold Winter Days Like This week
I feel better about running the heating now as my power bill is much lower than the last 1.
I am running the heating a bit more than I was before getting my most recent bill.
I thought it was going to be much higher, but blatantly the power companies lowered the electric rates because a lot of people couldn’t afford to spend money their bills; Now the two of us can run the central Heating and A/C system without worrying about high power bills coming down the road. I have a flatmate now and I also feel better about my bills as she is now paying half of what I was trying to spend money myself each month, however she is a chef at this local corporation down the road and said she plans on staying with myself and others for a long time, which is great because she is scrub and quiet and is gone a lot working at her job. I am going to scrub the furnace filter this week and maybe try and scrub the HVAC duct a bit later this week. Both of us are going to make a nice dinner tonight and hang out in the kitchen, which happens to be the warmest room in the flat because of all of the vents in the room. My family room and her family room are the coldest rooms, but the two of us both adore to sleep in colder rooms so it works out perfectly. Both of us closed the vents in each room so they stay cool and so that the central heating component warms up the kitchen and living room faster. It is all charming!
