It is a Brand New Week and I Have a Brand New News
I just got back from the mountain trip last evening and am now settled back in my flat for the next multiple nights till I leave again on another trip back apartment to the States. I have just enough time to relax for a bit and then I am going to be packing again for the large trip over the Atlantic Ocean for a few weeks. I am going straight to my mom’s condo when I land and will stay there for a few nights before going to my aunt’s condo for the remainder of the time, then her Heating and A/C system is broken right now so I am going to have to try and help her fix the furnace so the two of us have some heat in the home. I know it broke down a year ago and she hasn’t had the currency to get it repaired. I am a certified Heating and A/C professional and I told her I would help her fix it once I arrived if she hadn’t already got it fixed. I know I know what the concern is despite the fact that I will have to take the thing apart to see if that is the issue. I think it is her electric heat pump that is broken and I plan on replacing it with a geothermal heat pump so that her heating bills will be lower each winter. I just got my electric bill and it was $165 for multiple months, which is much less than the monster bill I got multiple months before for $610. I think they realize people won’t be able to afford heating with the outdated rates.
