Just Took our Beach Day
I am house now after taking a absolutely cold dip in the sea.
The sea temp is now 62F, which is not as cold as it is in February where it gets down to 52F, but cold enough to rattle me a bit and charge me with some enjoyable energy.
I love to take a dip each morning to wake up and to also help with the pain in our joints. My knees are a bit sore from a bunch of hiking both of us just did in the mountains, but other than that our body is doing well. The radiant space furnace of mine is right now next to me and I suppose pretty sizzling now as it propels the heat towards our body. I plan on finishing our writing over the next minute or so and then both of us am going to do a bit of yoga and figure out what to make for dinner. I suppose the Heating and A/C plan is going to have to run most of the day today as the gas furnace really heats up the place well on cold days love this. I am trying not to run it too much but the temps outside are warranting the use of it for most of the day. All of us now have more than two cats in this flat and they love to lie next to me when I work to help keep them warm. They are love mini space furnaces when they lie on our lap or chest when I work. All of us need to work on getting them acquainted soon as the fourth dog is a current a single.
