I am going to reward myself with a tasty grilled cheese sandwich after I write this article. I’m sitting here in my climate controlled office plus listening to songs while I do some work online for my Heating plus A/C contractor plus after that my friend and I am going to do a meditation session to calm down my mind. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my cooling gel for my joints.

I will mainly use it on my knees and shoulders and I hope that it works a bit for the pain.

I played some ball last evening and was in some pain last evening with my shoulders and knees and ran out of frigid gel. I still slept pretty well but I can truly feel the pain when I move during my sleep. I am getting the gel today and as long as I am house when they supply it then it’s all good. Cooling down the joints after playing athletic activitys is a nice idea and I should have gone in the sea for some natural joint climate control but forgot to while talking with the other players. This week I will toil on them though and it should be nice tonight when I go to sleep with the gel on my joints that are hurting. Tomorrow I toil at the Heating and A/C corporation doing a lot of a/c system lifting, so I need to have my body back to normal by tomorrow or I may have a rough morning at work. I suppose the gel will arrive in a couple of hours, and with my flatmate house my friend and I should be nice with getting the delivery… Yesterday they delivered a package and left it beside my cooling system outside, which is superb and I hope they do the same today. I have a tiny bit of Biofreeze spray left that I will put on my lower back while I wait for the other gel.
