The scenario all played out last week, when I had my air conditioner inspected by a professional Heating plus Air Conditioning dealer. The cooling system had been faltering for a few months already, plus at that point it was barely producing any cool air. He told me the service would be too costly, plus quoted me for a brand new, high end cooling system instead. I knew he was full of shit.
