When the electricity bill went up for the third straight month, I put a plastic lock box over the thermostat. But this is when things got interesting; instead of lowering my energy bills, they didn’t budge. My HVAC technician inspected my system and said it was time for a replacement. It gave us 17 years of solid service in this house. The new air conditioner is phenomenal and we’re already seeing a drop in our electricity bill. If your energy bills get too crazy, you might want to consider getting a new air conditioner or furnace.

I have three teenage guys and they are all super stinky, especially in the summertime when the hot and cold temperatures are easily tepid outside. I have had to spend so much cash on sprays and air fresheners over the past couple of years that you would not guess it! I have tried just about everything to try and improve the air quality in my house, but nothing seems to be toiling… There are constantly stinky socks, activitys equipment, cleats, and shoes everywhere in the house!
