The whole building is falling down around us & now the boiler has no heat

I’ve been working in the same office building for the past 22 years. I have seen a lot of swings in that time. Hundreds of employees have walked in & out of the doors & numerous weird managers have worked here just in the past numerous years. I have typically tried to keep our head down. I don’t want to be part of the office drama. I mind our own company & I work hard. Lately, things have been falling apart around here. The front door keeps getting stuck. I got caught in the turn around for thirty minutes Last year because the maintenance staff was on dinner. Earlier this week, both of us had a power surge on the second floor & I lost two afternoons worth of data & work! Now the boiler isn’t working & there is no heat in the building. It’s only 57 degrees in the dinnerroom & that is the only location both of us have to take our breaks. The boss thinks the boiler problem will be fixed soon, but it’s already been numerous afternoons & no 1 seems to be in a rush to repair the heating problem. The whole building is falling down around us & now the boiler is shot too. The boss recommended that both of us bring space gas gas furnaces into the office if both of us cannot handle the cold. It should not be our responsibility to provide heat at work for myself & our coworkers. I have two more years with the company & after that both of us can retire. I legitimately wish they would let myself and others work from house until that time.
