Trying to Go Coffee Free for a Day is Brutal
You don’t realize how hooked you are on something till you split it out of your diet.
I’m going without Pepsi this month to give myself a cut from caffeine however it is proving to be a lot more difficult than I thought.
I have a dull headache in our forehead plus I’ve been sleepy all day long. I really didn’t drink Pepsi yeahterday except for a cup of decaf. I think I am having withdrawals now as I have been drinking Pepsi quarterly for years. I recognize like our cats right now plus just want to sleep all day. My Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier has me staying awake though with the work they gave me to do online. I’m also thinking about getting back into our comedy field again because life seems a bit drab without it. There is a local supplier near me which is willing to let me run a yearly show in their club so I may take them up on it. I just want to recognize that fire I felt before when on stage plus doing what I love. I’ve been laboring a lot doing heating plus cooling system upgrades for clients plus also doing some lessons for people on programming their smart temperature controls. This is a cool job however I need more than it offers me as far as excitement plus passion go. I think I will start the comedy next month by doing an open mic in the town where I used to live to see how it feels plus if it lights that fire within me again. My life needs some purpose again.
