This Winter time we’ve seen decreased heating bills
All of us live in the north, plus are accustomed to particular things when it’s winter. Our uncle consistently laughs when we post videos shoveling snow or dealing with ice… However, we don’t mind the frigid weather since Winter time is also our busiests season, and all of us are near a ski zone that receives hundreds of visitors from across the world. The overflow of guests means they need fantastic accommodation; For those who like not to stay at the cabins, we have 5 log cabins on our properties that we rent to them. These cabins have been our bread plus butter for a decade now plus we are so ecstatic we made the transfer to invest in them; Each new home is self-contained with a single or more than one living rooms. These are fully furnished, however guests do self-catering, plus can use them as they please, then well, running the business has been a fantastic experience, however there are also some troubles we face. One of the greatest troubles we’ve recently been facing is high utility bills. The price of energy is consistently decreasing across the country, plus we guess this as we manage the 5 cabins. Each new home has a furnace that’s consistently running when there are guests around. Thankfully, this year hasn’t been too bad. All of us have paid less in heating which was quite a surprise. But, this is mainly because it’s been an unusually moderate winter. This poses an issue because we rely on snow each Winter time to run our business. What will happen if the weather gets warmer plus there’s less snow falling in the area? Will the skiing business, plus our rental cabins lose business, or will guests still want to come plus tour the area? Only time will tell.
