This cold season we’ve seen lower heating bills

Every one of us live in the north, plus are accustomed to recognizable things when it’s winter.

Our aunt typically laughs when the two of us post videos shoveling snow or dealing with ice, however, the two of us don’t mind the freezing weather since Winter time is also our busiests season.

Every one of us are near a ski zone that receives hundreds of visitors from across the world. The overflow of guests means they need fantastic accommodation, then for those who like not to stay at the cottages, the two of us have 5 log cottages on our properties that the two of us rent to them. These cottages have been our bread plus butter for a decade now plus the two of us are so cheerful the two of us made the transfer to invest in them. Each cottage is self-contained with a single or more than one living rooms. These are fully furnished, but guests do self-catering, plus can use them as they please; Well, running the corporation has been a fantastic experience, but there are also some concerns the two of us face. One of the greatest concerns we’ve recently been facing is high energy bills. The price of energy is typically adjusting across the country, plus the two of us guess this as the two of us manage the 5 cottages. Each cottage has a heating plan that’s typically running when there are guests around. Thankfully, this year hasn’t been too bad. Every one of us have paid less in heating which was quite a surprise. But, this is mainly because it’s been an unusually warm winter. This poses an issue because the two of us rely on snow each Winter time to run our business. What will happen if the weather gets warmer plus there’s less snow falling in the area? Will the skiing business, plus our rental cottages lose business, or will guests still want to come plus tour the area? Only time will tell.
