Thinking long term when it came to modern HVAC equipment

Our modern stadium is all in 1 single floor as well as has 2 bedrooms with a nice cabin office that can be a third bedroom if Max and I needed it. The residential HVAC for our cabin is a geothermal heat pump. This style of HVAC equipment is not only super efficient as well as sustainable, it lasts a long time. We’re talking close to maybe 40 Years of heating as well as cooling from this good heating pump. All of us love the radiant floor heating for the Winter as it’s just the coziest. And of course, Max and I get terrific HVAC cooling in the summer. I love this home as well as can totally see us residing here for good.
