They texted us all the information that they had from the MLS listings plus from their personal experience with the home. We ended up with pictures from each of the many homes, along with floor plans plus information on the condition of the house plus anything that may need to be done. We finally settled on one home that seemed to be perfect for our family’s needs. We put the down payment on the house plus promised to have the rest of the currency when the two of us arrive for the closings. Until the two of us really had a copy of the deed in hand, the two of us would not get to see the house. We asked the realtor why there was nothing in the listings about a missing HVAC system, plus she appeared shaken. She thought they were joking when they said they were taking the A/C device with them, however she never thought they would take it plus the furnace when they moved.
