The website contact form wasn't working at all

I contacted the company that handles the business for the heating and plumbing company.

A website is an important part of any small business. A website is necessary if you want to advertise your business or company. Studies show that businesses with websites or social media presence do 70% better than websites that do not. It’s easy to see that any modern company should have some type of web presence. My wife and I own a small but competitive heating company. We mainly work on furnaces, boilers, and plumbing. We can handle any type of heating or plumbing repair. We have more than two dozen employees working for the company. We hire employees that are Nate certified technicians with more than 5 years of experience. We have the best technicians in the field working for our company. Our website offers a way for customers to contact the company 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. One of my regular commercial customers tried to schedule an online appointment. He was unsuccessful three times, so the guy decided to contact the business. I didn’t know that the website was down, so I was extremely happy that he decided to call to give me an update. I contacted the company that handles the business for the heating and plumbing company. The company takes care of all of our web design and online problems. I told the guy that the contact form wasn’t working and he had the problem fixed less than 1 hour later. It’s nice to have someone that I can call when there is an emergency. It makes it a lot easier for me to get everything done that is important
