Last month my boss picked up another building for the commercial Heating & A/C service department. The building is a hotel that has a lot of regular residents staying there from month to month. These residents require a costly plus luxury lifestyle that includes the best heating, ventilation, plus A/C products that cash can buy. The boss told the owner of the hotel that he could supply services within an hour at any time of the day or night, however he is not the person that has to get up in the middle of the night plus try to find parking downtown. I had to go to a call at the hotel on Friday night. It was around 10:00 plus the hotel parking lot was filled. I drove down the street but there was no parking anywhere because the treat was filled with dance clubs. I am sure that’s why the hotel does such great business. I called the owner of the hotel plus I told him that I was trying to find a locale to park. The guy told myself and others that there was a more than 2 dollar parking lot more than 2 blocks away. I thanked him for the information. I carried only my tool tote when I walked over to look at the problem with the heating plus AC system. There was no way that I was going to continue walking the whole time. I told the person at the front desk that I needed her to clear a parking space so I could pull my truck up in front of the building. I’m not going back there.
