The roofing contractor was tackling roof repair
Uncle James was going to be hosting my folks and I over for the summer. He’d just moved back to the US, and we were so happy he was here. Mom and dad had him live with us for a month as he thought of where he wanted to settle. Uncle James had sold his company, and now he was looking for a new chapter in his life. While he was staying with us, he got wind of this amazing lake house for sale. The lake house is in a different state, and it was a bit sad to see him leave. But, this also meant we had a new place to visit for summer, and it was a freaking lake house. I had seen pictures of the lake house, but I knew there’s nothing better than seeing it live. Before we made the trip, Uncle James told my dad he wanted to do some upgrades and was hiring a general contractor. They specialized in installing new kitchens, bathrooms, and much more in such homes. The general contractor did an excellent job, and the next person to call was a roofing contractor. Uncle Mike had gotten roof inspection and the roofing contractor advised him to go for roof repair. This would cost much less than tile roof removal since it was still in good condition. When we arrived, the roofing contractors were tackling the roof repair and completed it a day later. Dad was so impressed with the lake house, and so was I. Mom was on the fence since she isn’t a huge fan of large bodies of water.
