The people I was with and I petitioned for a/c in our Summer camp cabins

I have been coming to Summer camp every year for the last numerous years as well as myself and others as well as our bunkmates finally had enough, however the people I was with and I decided to start a petition to request for a/c being installed in our cabins! I know that our parents thought it was silly that every one of us would want a/c while spending time outdoors, as well as some of them even called us spoiled, but every one of us have some valid points! Some of our campers have health concerns as well as respiratory concerns, so having an air cleaner would be easily helpful for them as they rest after all of the high intensity activities every one of us do throughout the afternoon. The people I was with and I also know that having an cooling system with a dehumidifier system would be enjoyable to control the moisture in the cabins since numerous people are sleeping in there. Having a/c in the cabins doesn’t easily mean every one of us are spoiled because every one of us spend most of our afternoon outside anyways. Some parents argued that having a/c in the cabins would make some kids less likely to participate in the outdoor activities, but we’ve created some guidelines in our petition so that the kids understand they still have to engage. I easily think every one of us can pull this off with enough signatures as well as a solid fight based on facts, science, as well as logistics. When I told our mom I was spearheading this notion, she laughed as well as said that she knew I would be a politician or lawyer. I don’t know if I want to be a politician, however I do appreciate defending people’s rights, so maybe I’ll be a lawyer a single afternoon.
