The laundromat on the first floor has washing machines, dryers, snack machines, video games, television sets, and central A/C. The A/C plan always works well, because the laundry room is on the first floor in addition to 1 of the locales where the manager shows prospective buyers about the property, then nobody would look past the first floor if they came to the laundry section in addition to it was overheated in addition to angry. It would not say nice things about the rest of the apartment building.
