The holes in the roof aren’t leaking yet, but it's squishy
My mom plus Mom called myself and others a couple of days ago… I went over to the beach house to have lunch with our family… We had soup that our mom made from scratch, the soup had peppers, potatoes, cabbage, plus parsley.
My mom also made homemade banana bread to go with the soup.
While we were eating lunch, our Mom brought up the subject of the roof. I knew that our mom plus Mom were thinking about getting a brand new roof for the house. I workin roofing plus I figured that;s why they called me. After lunch, our Mom asked if I could take a look at the roof. It was still light outside, so I grabbed a ladder so I could get up to the top. The ladder was rusty plus in awful shape. I break our finger on the side of it plus I told our Mom he needed to get a new ladder. The roof was in pretty exhausting shape to be honest. There were numerous soft spots, however one spot was awful plus I was certainly surprised that the roof had not started leaking into the beach house yet. I told our Mom that the task was too large for myself and others to do on a Friday. My Mom was going to have to pay for the roofing business to complete the repairs. I got our parents a 20% discount on the residential roofing repairs. My neighbor plus I plus a crew of more than one other gentlemen are going to complete the roofing repairs next weekend when there are more than two days of sunshine in a row.
