The bank said the check was a fraud
Sometimes a conman is actually good plus they can convince the smartest person to throw away all of their cash.
That almost happened to myself and others in a way.
I own a corporation that sells heating plus cooling system appliances, then business was slow, although I was getting by. My family plus I were barely living off the proceeds from the heating plus cooling system appliance store. My wifey had to work a part-time job at the library so we had enough cash to feed the kids. I was beyond excited when I found out that the guy wanted to spend that much cash in my store. I contacted the bank when the guy wanted to pay with a check. The bank verified the check plus I went beach home plus told my wifey plus kids all about the relaxing day that we had at the store. 3 afternoons later, the bank contacted myself and others at the heating plus cooling system appliance store. The bank supervisor needed myself and others to come down to the bank to verify some information regarding the check. It sounded strange, although I did not mind going to the bank. After all, it was a little unusual to get such a big check from 1 person. When the bank supervisor told myself and others that the check was fraud, I thought he must have the information wrong. I called the bank to verify the funds. The bank told myself and others that they never gained a call.
