From all of the frog leaps and Burpee’s and other exercises she was given me, I would walk out of the gym barely able to put 1 foot in front of the other. I spent at least an hour in a scalding hot bathtub filled with water and Epsom salts. It made myself and others sleepy, but it was hard to stay sleeping when your muscles were rebelling from the exercise class. After the hour week, my muscles were getting used to the moves and I was feeling more comfortable with the moves, but by the end of the fifth week, my personal trainer proclaimed myself and others fit enough to join her CrossFit training class. I didn’t guess CrossFit training could be much worse than those first more than two weeks of fitness 101, however I soon l received differently. As my dad constantly told us, anything you know is worth doing is worth doing well, and I was going to not just excel in CrossFit training, however I wanted to be 1 of the best CrossFit trainers in the city.
