Read reviews for zone control, not trusting dealership

I knew that there had to be a catch.

I recently was exploring the new heating options on the market, and stumbled across a ton of information on radiant heated floors and zone controlled temperature control plans that really interested me. I mean, I had known about the option of these two advanced heating technologies before, but I had never considered them for my own home. The major factor that was holding me back from investing in my heating plan was the immense cost of having a whole new heating method installed, rather than utilizing the ductwork that was already inside the home. I knew that it was quite pricey to pay for the equipment, itself, on top of all the installation costs from the HVAC dealership. That’s why my attention was immediately drawn to the heating plans being offered from a brand new heating and cooling broker in town. They were listing prices for both the equipment and full installation that were easily half of their competitors. I knew that there had to be a catch. No one could do zone controlled heating or radiant heated flooring for these figures! It would put them out of business! That’s when I decided to research a little further and stumbled upon some user reviews for the HVAC service. Good thing I checked. I found out that the dealership actually tore old heating systems out of foreclosed homes and reinstalled them as brand new heating methods! To make matters worse, they employed ex-cons without valid HVAC certifications in order to save on installation costs! Well, now I know why they could ask so little for heating equipment and installation; they offered the bottom of the barrel.
