Our condo association does HVAC repairs
Our condo association does all of the HVAC repairs for us. When we first moved here two years ago, I had no idea that they were going to be doing that for us. I thought that we were just moving there because they were good about doing the landscaping work outside. My husband never mentioned the fact that they were going to be the ones who would fix the furnace and the air conditioning system for us whenever it went out. That would have been a good thing to know because I would have been even happier to move there than I already was! At that point in our lives, I was dealing with furnace repairs all the time. I was so frustrated with our old HVAC system, and just the thought of having to deal with it for another winter was really making me stressed out. My husband and I have been thinking of moving to a condo for a while, and when we found this place with a new high efficiency heating and cooling system in a nice condo community, I decided that enough was enough. We put down a deposit and we sold our other house. It was time for us to downsize anyway. At first I thought that I wasn’t going to like living in a condo community, but the day that our furnace stopped working last winter, I totally changed my mind. Before I even had a chance to call the HVAC company, one of the guys from the homeowners association came to my door and said that they had an alert that our heating system was broken. Before I knew what was happening, they had called the HVAC company and they were already working on it!
