Not even electric blankets could keep him warm
Niel is thankful that he has a grandson like Rob that takes good care of him.
Rob and his partner Zack have been the kindest human beings and he is proud to call them family.
Niel has been living with them for about 7 weeks now and they do a lot together. If they are at work, Niel will just watch some of his favorite programs. They are easily accommodating to his needs and Niel tells them every day how much he loves them. Recently, Niel can tell they are being bothered by him though. Both Rob and Zack are struggling with their sleep and don’t honestly have the energy they once had the first couple of weeks when he moved in. Niel supposes Zack is slightly miserable and said something about the thermostat being turned up at evening and not just one or two evenings, but every evening for weeks. He can’t sleep in the conditions that Niel is putting him in. Niel feels but he is cold in the evenings and nothing is helping. Electric blankets do nothing to keep these bones warm. Then one afternoon Rob came home from talking to his buddy Steve who owns his own Heating & A/C business. Rob came in with a box and inside that box was a portable space heater. He was glad that he found something that will help Niel out and they still can sleep in comfort as well. Rob showed him how to use it and they are all doing better.
