My HVAC broke down last week
My HVAC system broke down last week, which ended a really terrible week for me. Sometimes you just have those weeks where everything that can go wrong does go wrong. That was the kind of week that I had last week. I was sick, first of all, and I felt like garbage. I probably should not have been out working at all, but I couldn’t really afford to take the time off either. I was medicating and trying to get myself through the day when I ended up getting a ticket on my way to work. Because of the ticket, I was late to work, and I missed a big meeting that I was supposed to be at. That meant that my boss was really mad at me, and then it was just a trickle down effect from there. I was in a bad mood because of all of this and then my girlfriend got mad at me because she said I was in such a bad mood all the time for no reason. She got so mad at me that she ended up dumping me and so that was just great. I couldn’t believe the week that I was having and at that point, I just wanted to go home and get in bed and stay there. However, when I got home from work on Wednesday, The first thing I noticed was that the house was way too cold. The thermostat was turned up to 70 degrees like normal, but I could see my breath inside of the house. It turned out that my furnace had gone out on me and I needed to buy a new furnace! It was a perfect end to a horrible week.
