My grandmother left her house to me in her Will

It’s always sad losing loved ones. Growing up I always cherished the times my grandmother would bake my favorite cookies, her spanish rice was excellent, driving through the country or even walking down the dirt road next to her house. She was an amazing woman! Her death was not shocking as she has struggled a bit the last few months. Her house was her last piece of love I have of her besides old pictures and random quotes I remember her saying. Her house though has taken a toll and is outdated on a lot of things. I plan on moving in with my kids very soon but need to do some maintenance things first. The bathtub, god I love my grandmother but that needs to go. My kids are a little older so I plan on removing the tub and just having a shower in the bathroom. I will need someone to check out the foundation as this is a really old house and don’t want any issues with that down the line. I reached out to the local HVAC business and wanted to get the furnace and the air filters checked out. I also told them I am thinking about getting heated floors installed so maybe we can get a price check on that. I know I have to get the electrical updated for the house as well so I might have to do that before the floors are done. He said no problem and he will have a HVAC technician come out first thing tomorrow morning. There is so much more to do but atleast I have off my to-do list.
