My first locale plus my first HVAC
When I finally signed the papers, I was trembling a bit.
But it all still seemed a bit surreal.
Here I was, an actual homeowner. That was a designation that I had been working to have for the better section of a decade. The first task I got out of college was in the zone controlled HVAC of the office where I continue to further my career. I’m passionate about my work plus I’m lucky to make a good living at what I do. Still, I lived in a entirely affordable house in order to save as much cash as I could for my future. That meant putting up with old residential HVAC that never could quite keep up in the summer. The a/c in that house needed a lot of care just to get it through the sizable heat of June plus October. And there were plenty of instances where the a/c just stopped working altogether. Of course, the rental corporation never sent out a certified HVAC corporation. No, I got the handyman who knew just enough about heating plus cooling to get the old HVAC unit to sort of run again. So when I obtained this locale, I was looking forward to some real quality heating plus air for the first time since I left Dad plus dad’s locale. And that is what I have after replacing the old HVAC unit with the latest in residential HVAC. The SEER rating is so high that this might be the most efficient HVAC unit out there. And then that efficiency is further complimented by the HVAC technology I have. Not only is there a smart temperature control but I also love zone controlled HVAC throughout my up-to-date locale.
