My daughter really wants me to have a smart thermostat
I wish I had more money.
I wish my life was a bit easier.
As a single mother of luckily one child my life is going ok. I wish I had more to offer but sometimes that’s not how life works. I work at a grocery store which isn’t the greatest. It’s owned by an older couple that are very nice but the pay is not the greatest. My routine every day is to get up, have breakfast with my daughter, drop her off at school and head to work. Before we leave the house I always turn off the thermostat. I am trying to think of ways to save money. Usually, I have everything off as well when we leave the house. Anything to save a buck. I get through my day at work and on my way back home I’ll pick her up from school. That is one major plus thing about my work schedule, it lines up with her school day. Unfortunately when we get home from everything the house is a frozen tundra. So we turn the thermostat back up to a climate controlled house and we have dinner. My daughter really wants me to get an HVAC technician to come over and put in a Smart thermostat. Sadly, I just can’t afford that right now. I might have to get a second job and I really don’t even want to do that. If things start falling apart around the house I know then I will have to in order to do updates. I wish I had a partner that I could trust but I have my daughter, and that is the most important thing.
