Most of the time I love my job
I’ve been a realtor for almost fifteen years now, and most of the time I really love my job.
- It’s one of those jobs that’s different every single day and you never know what you’re going to end up doing.
I love the excitement of meeting new people and helping them hunt down exactly the right home for them and their families. Most of the time, I think being a realtor is super rewarding. However, there is a certain percentage of the population that I dread to see coming into the realty office where I work. This is going to sound ridiculous, but I have the worst time trying to help anyone who works for an HVAC company. If you are an HVAC technician or you work in the heating and cooling industry, I apologize for what I’m about to say. Heating and cooling professionals are nearly impossible to help when it comes to finding them a new home. And the only reason that’s true is because they are so darn picky when it comes to the heating and cooling systems in their new home. They refuse to settle for anything less than perfection when it comes to an HVAC system. Even if a home might be perfect in a thousand other ways, an HVAC technician won’t care if the heating and cooling system isn’t up to speed. At least, that’s been my experience over the years. I’m sure that not all HVAC professionals are that way, but I wouldn’t mind if I never had to work with one again.
