It was good to get the house in the will
It’s consistently hard losing loved ones.
Growing up I consistently cherished the times my Grandma would bake my most preferred cookies, her english rice was excellent, driving through the country or even walking down the dirt road next to her house.
She was an amazing woman! Her death was not shocking as she has struggled to a certain degree during the last few weeks. Her home was her last piece of love I have of her besides aged pictures as well as random quotes I remember her saying. Her household though has taken a toll as well as is outdated on a lot of things. I plan on moving in with my little ones soon however I need to do some service things very quickly. The bathtub, god I love my Grandma however that needs to go. My teenagers are a little older so I plan on removing the tub as well as just having a shower in the lavatory. I will need someone to check out the foundation as this is a genuinely aged household as well as don’t want any issues with that down the line. I reached out to the local Heating as well as A/C company as well as was looking to get the gas furnace as well as the air filters checked entirely. I also told them I am thinking about getting radiant floors installed so perhaps we can get a price check on that. I know I have to get the electrical updated for the household as well so I might have to do that before the floors are eventually finished. She said no concern as well as she will have a Heating as well as A/C device contractor come out first thing tomorrow afternoon. There is so much more to do however at least I have one more thing on my to-do list.
