Installing a fence for privacy

We chose an eight-foot tall privacy fence constructed of white vinyl

When we first bought our house, the residences on either side were both vacant. The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed our privacy. My husband and I like to sit on the front patio with our coffee in the morning and chat or read. Two years later, we had neighbors move in on both sides. The one house is a rental property. The tenants are not interested in mowing the lawn or keeping everything neat and tidy. There is always garbage scattered in the grass and several broken-down cars parked in the driveway. The renters come and go at all hours of the night, and they’re noisy. On the other side of us, the neighbor is far too friendly and nosy. If he catches sight of us sitting on our patio, he wanders over to chat. He also cut down all of the trees and foliage on the property line that provided privacy. He created a clear view of each other’s houses. I don’t want to see him get his mail or haul his garbage to the curb. My husband and I decided to install a fence around our property. We wanted a tall and tightly constructed fence to entirely block our view of both neighbors. I researched online and found several fencing contractors in our area. After reading reviews, I chose the company that backs their work with a one hundred percent satisfaction guarantee. I called and set up an appointment for an estimate for the following day. The contractor walked the property, made suggestions and explained options. We chose an eight-foot tall privacy fence constructed of white vinyl. Our fence was installed within the week. It was a rather expensive home improvement project but totally worth it.
