I wasn’t happy about the wrong size air filters
If you go to the super store or a hardware store, you can honestly find air filters for the heating and cooling equipment! These air filters are usually sold individually and they can cost as much as $20.
Cheaper air filters cost less money and more costly air filters get rid of more particles, dirt, dust, mold, and mildew, and my wifey and I have awful pollen irritations.
We respectfully change the air filter on our Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C equipment, but all of us change the air filter every several weeks. I contacted the manufacturer and I told them that I was looking for a refund or the right size air filter. The lady on the actual phone was unquestionably apologetic. She told me to hold the line. When she came back to the actual phone, I received a full refund for the box of air filters and the woman also sent me a free box of 12. I got my order for free with a refund which was nice.
