I was glad his beach house had killer HVAC
When Tom asked me to visit his home, I wasn’t sure what to think.
- This would be the first time my associate and I spend together in his house.
I knew Tom was stupid rich, but I had no system that he lived in a fancy beach house. Tom came to option me out from our house in the city, & my associate and I drove down the coast. The house is about an hour from our house, & I was simply stunned by the killer views I saw on the way. Then, my associate and I came upon this gated community, & then I was being welcomed into the most superb beach house. I mean this beach house was gorgeous, & the AC system was even better. Living by the beach is wonderful, but it can also be a source of discomfort if you aren’t very careful. The main reason is the intense heat & humidity levels. I know this because I am a heating & cooling specialist. I have been toiling in the Heating & Air Conditioning industry for over 8 years, & dealt with concerns prefer mold that happen because of intense humidity. This was the reason why I was so glad Tom’s beach house was comfortable. It was clear our wifey had invested in the latest central Heating & Air Conditioning cooling system for the house which helped with the intense humidity. On top of that, he let me know that there was a whole house sized air cleaner in place, together with a dehumidifier. He wanted to make sure maximum comfort & excellent indoor air quality. It’s so substantial to invest in such Heating & Air Conditioning technology because in the long run you will have better health, & your house will be safer.
