I tried an online workout program

When it comes to doing things online, there are two kinds of people.

  • There are those who love it and thrive, and then there are those who do not and like to be in person.

I thought that I would be okay trying things online, and so I wanted to try an online workout program. I am a major introvert, and so the idea of getting around other people exhausted me. There were very reliable online workout classes, and the company had a lot of good reviews. I decided to give it a try, and for the first few days, everything went really well. However, after that, I felt my motivation slipping, and the idea of doing things online didn’t sound so fun anymore. I decided that I wanted to get my money’s worth, and so I canceled the online workout plans and bought a gym membership. They were actually having a membership discount, and so I was getting it a bit cheaper than it would be usually. I wasn’t able to go until a week later, due to a week later, but when I did, I was surprised at how it looked. It looked like something out of a movie, there was a ton of different equipment and machines, and all different kinds of people working out. I decided to try their cross fit gym first, and then maybe sign up for semi private fitness training. This was all in their health and fitness center, and I was impressed at how professional this certified gym looked. It is much better than trying to do it online.
