I needed the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company to do our thermostat update.
We had recently purchased a thermostat for our home, that offered new home security measures! The thermostat was able to guess when someone entered the house.
The furnace or air conditioning would automatically turn on, plus the lights would turn on, i was a bit unnerved the first time I walked into the condo after the thermostat was installed.
I thought someone was in the house, when the lights came on, then my porch light turned on as I got near the house, plus the flood lights turned on. I could not guess our thermostat could do all of this; Of course, I had to call the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company to do our thermostat upgrade, however then the security company who installed our security system, set up all the perks that came with the thermostat, then not only will our new thermostat turn on the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C method plus lights, however it will notify the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company if there is a problem. Our thermostat is also set up to notify the police if the condo entered by any other entrance than a door. If the doors is compromised, a silent alarm will go to the police. My new home security method is one of the best things our partner ever installed in the house. I am no longer afraid to be new home alone while our partner is away on business. I believe safer knowing our teenagers may come home, or leave for college, when it is still dark outside! With our new thermostat plus our lighting control service, I believe like I can sleep at night with no worries.
