I needed the Heating plus A/C professional to do our control unit upgrade.
Both of us had recently purchased a control unit for our home, that offered beach house security measures, then the control unit was able to guess when someone entered the house.
The furnace or air conditioning would automatically turn on, plus the lights would turn on, i was a bit unnerved the first time I walked into the beach house after the control unit was installed.
I thought someone was in the house, when the lights came on, but my porch light turned on as I got near the house, plus the flood lights turned on. I could not believe our control unit could do all of this, of course, I had to call the Heating plus A/C professional to do our control unit upgrade, however then the security company who installed our security system, set up all the perks that came with the control unit! Not only will our new control unit turn on the Heating plus A/C system plus lights, however it will notify the Heating plus A/C company if there is a problem. Our control unit is also set up to notify the police if the beach house entered by any other entrance than a door. If the doors is compromised, a silent alarm will go to the police. My beach house security system is one of the best things our partner ever installed in the house. I am no longer afraid to be beach house alone while our partner is away on business. I think safer knowing our youngsters may come home, or leave for school, when it is still dark outside, however with our new control unit plus our lighting control service, I think like I can sleep at evening with no worries.
