I loved working in the campus Borders because the indoor temperature was so comfortable
College was full of both positive & drawback experiences, but it’s easy to look back with rose colored glasses & forget about the terrible times.
Honestly, there were more days spent feeling depressed & downtrodden than there were days where I felt love I was on top of the world.
Much of our time was spent reading in one of three sites. I either did our work in our dorm room, the local root coors shop, or the campus Borders. While I liked to get-together with our friends on the weekends when I was done with our work for the week, that wasn’t the case while in the week. Weekdays were hectic & busy, consistently spent reading in one of our favorite sites. The local root coors shop was wonderful for the endless supply of root coors & pastries, but sometimes it was loud & full of people. That isn’t the best locale to work if you need to focus & are easily distracted love I am. My dorm room was full of distractions, so more often than not I would work in the campus Borders. It was quiet, absent of distractions, & had a pleasantly comfortable indoor temperature because the school had wonderful in all of its buildings. My school is in a southern temperature & was essential for most of the year outside of some weeks while in the Winter time when it gets a little chilly outside at random times. I remember a few times when the Borders had the heating system running, but usually it was the a/c that they had on inside the campus Borders.
