I hate my HVAC company
I really hate the HVAC company that I work for.
I probably would enjoy my job as an HVAC technician if I was working for a better HVAC company.
I remember how excited I used to be to become an HVAC technician. I decided to go to a community college to take their HVAC course, and I had a ton of friends there that would become HVAC technicians. Because of them, I have learned that compared to other HVAC companies like the ones that they are working for, the HVAC company that I work for is terrible. When I first found my job as an HVAC technician, I immediately realized that there might be a problem. The trouble was that this was the only HVAC company in my town, so if I wanted to find a better HVAC company, I would have to move. I decided to stick it out, but I regret that decision. First of all, the owner of the HVAC company always acts like he is the only one that knows anything. He immediately disregarded my education and assumed that I know nothing because of my training with the college. I was put doing grunt work when I was one of the few people there that was a certified HVAC technician. My HVAC company barely pays me the minimum of what they could pay an HVAC technician, and he never offers raises. There are no benefits to the HVAC company. However, the real problem is the attitude of the owner. He treats all of the HVAC technicians very poorly, and he is a very angry man. I am pretty sure that I would rather move than to continue working for this HVAC company.
