I found a floating vacation rental with air conditioning

I am always in search of unique experiences especially in the state that I live in. And I feel so lucky because I just found a one-of-a-kind adventure that I am considering. It’s an off-grid, floating tiki house rental. Yes, this rental property is floating in the middle of the ocean and it’s only accessible by boat. So, not only is it secluded, but I’ll also have to secure a way to get to this floating rental. Of course, I wanted to check out the amenities of this one-bedroom rental, and to my surprise it has most of the luxuries of a regular vacation property. There’s a comfortable king size bed, TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, shower with hot water, and more. And best of all, the rental has air conditioning and heating. There is a generator attached to the floating rental that needs to be turned on when to run the A/C. However, the host recommends running the air conditioner only during the hours while you’re sleeping. Furthermore, the host mentions that it could take more than an hour for the house to cool down, and can vary depending on the temperature outside. There are windows that can be opened to let the air in, but I am not sure if it would be recommended to leave them open at night. The reviews are great for this rental unit, and none of them mention any issues with the heating or cooling. However, knowing that the air conditioner could be a little slow in cooling down the room, if I were to book this rental, I would book it around one of the cooler months in the year. Perhaps in early Summer when it’s warm enough to swim but not too hot outside.
