I can’t work from my office
Ever since my work required all employees to beginning working from home full time rather than coming into the office I have been having a strenuous time staying focused, and for all of my life I have worked in a professional corporation setting where things are undoubtedly quiet as well as cordial, but now that I am back at home working however, well things are literally the opposite… One of the greatest challenges has been keeping my many kids in check.
- Each day I will be in a work conference as well as then out of nowhere my kids will bust into my makeshift office screaming or fighting about something, and just when I thought that things couldn’t get more hectic while working from home a few afternoons ago while I was leading a meeting I heard a loud sound come from the dining room.
Before even seeing the damage I knew it was bad, as well as it entirely was. My kids had “accidently” ran into the air conditioner device as well as ended up completely tearing it. As soon as it happened I called just about all of the Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C companies in the state trying to get somebody out to repair or update my now broken cooling system system, however none of them were going to be able to help myself and others for quite a long time. Now on top of the loud distractions while working from home I can add not having any air conditioner to keep myself and others cooled off to it as well! Life as a mom was never simple, but compared to being a mom working from home full time, it is making it seem like a walk in the park!
