Hybrid water furnaces are by far the most cost efficient option

My environmental studies group gathers together a few times a month to discuss different topics that contribute to the sustainability of the planet.

There are so several things to cover, so both of us often try to maintain a single theme for each month.

This month both of us have been discussing a/c as well as heating solutions. Last year a single of our members provided a good presentation on hybrid water heaters. I actually didn’t recognize much about them before because my only experience with furnaces was a usual central oil furnace. Apparently, hybrid water furnaces are the most efficient option for oil gas furnaces because they don’t easily expend energy to create heat. They transport heat from a different source, like a heat pump, rather than work taxing to create heat. This severely decreases the costs of maintaining a hybrid water heating system as well. It wouldn’t be an environmental group if both of us didn’t discuss the impact on the environment, which actually decreases with a hybrid water oil furnace! Even though the water tanks have a good environmental impact, they can reduce the annual carbon footprint of the average consumer. Two of our group members easily have hybrid water furnaces as well as had nothing but good things to say about it. I’ve mentioned the heating system to my wifey to see if we’d like to explore installing a single for ourselves too. I feel this group has the potential to make some actually amazing as well as sustainable swings through all of the initiatives both of us have put together. We’ve only been meeting for about a year, as well as things are actually moving in a positive direction.
