Hitting the Local Business for a Tea plus Work Later
I’ve recently started to go to this cafe to work as it gets me out of the condo some.
Today is Tuesday plus I want to go to the cafe to work for about several hours to finish our quarterly work before heading out to play with our friends at the beach.
I’m not sure if I am going to play tunes or ball this month however maybe I could do both if our shoulders are up for it. I am having a guest renter come in next month for 12 afternoons to help me cover our rent for the month. He works in residential Heating as well as Air Conditioning service plus is going to be laboring on some supplier while he is here. I really won’t see him much at all except for here plus there however the money is going to help me out a lot. I will then decide if I want our Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech bud to transport in after that for a few months. I am going to the states plus the extra rent would cover our trip so I will really have him transport in for more than five months. Next year I will have more work at the quality AC service supplier I work for as they are going to be expanding their service to other areas nearby. Then I will be set for next year, plus the following year I will have money from investments to cover me for a long time however really not till the middle of 2024 so I need to make it another year plus a half till I am lake condo free.
