Hitting the Local Business for a Tea and Work Later
I’ve recently started to go to this cafe to toil as it gets me out of the condo some.
- This week is Monday and I want to go to the cafe to toil for about 2 hours to finish our bi-weekly toil before heading out to play with our friends at the beach.
I’m not sure if I am going to play tunes or ball today but maybe I could do both if our shoulders are up for it. I am having a guest tenant come in next week for 12 days to help me cover our rent for the week. He works in residential Heating and A/C repair and is going to be working on some corporation while he is here. I entirely won’t see him much at all except for here and there but the money is going to help me out a lot. I will then decide if I want our Heating and A/C tech bud to transport in after that for a few weeks. I am going to the states and the extra rent would cover our trip so I will entirely have him transport in for many weeks. Next year I will have more toil at the quality A/C repair supplier I toil for as they are going to be expanding their repair to other areas nearby. Then I will be set for next year, and the following year I will have money from investments to cover me for a long time but entirely not till the middle of 2024 so I need to make it another year and a half till I am beach condo free.
