Helping our mom sell his Heating, Ventilation plus A/C was quite the annoyance
My mom has always been the type of guy that believes he is always right, however even when it came to remembering the name of our number one chinese eating establishment, he always swore it was china wok when I knew for a fact it was china house, and he simply doesn’t accept being wrong. Well the past few weeks he has had me looped up in his system to sell his Heating, Ventilation plus A/C. She claims that selling the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C on his own would be better than selling it back to the supplier because he can get more currency for it. I tried to tell his that because of the age of his Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system, it is truly unlikely that someone will want to privately purchase it. Not to mention it is winter, so easily nobody is trying to purchase a used Heating, Ventilation plus A/C right now. She has me posting to online social groups every day to promote this Heating, Ventilation plus A/C. We’ve had about several severe inquiries, however once I tell them how old the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C is, they pretty much stop replying. I’m getting so sleepy of it, so I told our mom that I’m going to get a quote from the air conditioner contractor to see how much he can get for the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plus the option up for it. At this point, I’m doing all the work for this stupid thing, so she’s going to accept whatever currency he can get. I don’t guess why he won’t just admit that he messed up by not selling it back the hour he got his updatement. It’s too much work to do that kind of thing on your own.
