My fiance and I have been working hard to replace our new lake house. My associate and I got the best deal on this lake house about two years ago. It happened when my friend and I were looking to buy a house. But my friend and I never imagined our first home would be a lake house. Our realtor suggested that my friend and I drive around the lake and look at the communities. This occurred after my friend and I mentioned one morning that we’d like to live in a lake house. A two-family lake home in the neighborhood was for sale, and to our surprise, it was within our price range. My friend and I were concerned that something was wrong with it, hence the high price, but this was not the case. The owner was in desperate need of money, and this was his fifth home. Anyway, my friend and I bought the lake house, and now we’re busy dealing with unusual replacements. My fiance recently decided to begin work on the lake house’s roof and siding. My colleague and I hired a local roofing company to handle the roof and advise us on the best course of action to take. The roofing contractor was honest about the disfigurement on the roof and explained the pros and cons of roof repair. After much deliberation, my friend and I decided to replace both the roof and the siding on the lake house. Next week, roofers will arrive to remove the old roof. My colleague and I also had a siding company come out to look at it and make the best recommendation for our home. Following the completion of the roof and siding, deck service will be performed to enhance the exterior appearance.
