Every one of us petitioned for air conditioner in our summer time camp cabins
I have been coming to summer time camp every year for the last numerous years & myself and others & our bunkmates finally had enough; Every one of us decided to beginning a petition to advocate for air conditioner being installed in our cabins, and i know that our parents thought it was silly that we would want air conditioner while spending time outdoors, & some of them even called us spoiled, however we have some valid points; Some of our campers have health complications & respiratory concerns, so having an air purification system would be really helpful for them as they rest after all of the high intensity activities we do throughout the day.
Every one of us also guess that having an cooling system with a dehumidifier plan would be good to control the moisture in the cabins since numerous people are sleeping in there; Having air conditioner in the cabins doesn’t really mean we are spoiled because we spend most of our day outside anyways.
Some parents argued that having air conditioner in the cabins would make some youngsters less likely to participate in the outdoor activities, however we’ve created some directions in our petition so that the youngsters understand they still have to engage. I really think we can pull this off with enough signatures & a solid argument based on facts, science, & logistics, when I told our Dad I was spearheading this notion, she laughed & said that she knew I would be a politician or lawyer. I don’t know if I want to be a politician, although I do like defending people’s rights, so maybe I’ll be a lawyer 1 day.
